The villas are set within stone-walls and the grounds [approx 2,700 sqm / in total] includes south-facing landscaped garden areas with matured olive trees, flower-beds, stone-paved walkways, shaded seating/rest areas nearby olive trees, open areas nearby the pool and traditional stoned-built barbecue stoves. Also, there is a fruit & vegetable section in the garden with seasonal pickings for guests. Each year [normally November], extra virgin olive oil is produced from the olives from the garden and a sample bottle is included in the welcome pack for guests. There is also a private driveway / car parking area.
Each of the villas is
decorated with comfortable furniture and modern appliances [including
air-conditioning, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dish-washer, tv
with dvd-player]. For each villa, there are two first-floor bedrooms,
each room with twin-beds and an extra pull-out bed, and there is also
a sofa-bed in the open-plan living area on the ground floor. There is
a first-floor bathroom and a ground floor shower/wash room. Each
villa has a front north-facing first-floor balcony and can
comfortably sleep up to 6 persons. The indoor area of each villa is
approx 100 sq.m plus spacious front and rear verandas.
